I do not always feel motivated… about anything. No, seriously. There are times, like maybe this very moment, when I could absolutely not care any less about everything and don’t want to do anything at all. I’m not talking about “Burn Out”, or being tired, or needing a break. I have had those feelings before and this particular feeling is different. Right now, I have a ton of things that need to get done, a mountain of To-Do’s and work-related tasks, and I don’t have a single shred of motivation to get anything done at all. I don’t know that I even have enough motivation to sleep this feeling off. (I barely had enough motivation to write about not wanting to write about this.) So, what do I do?

Next, I look for some other strategies that might help me snap out of this feeling. So, here are 10 good strategies curated by someone a whole lot more motivated and, possibly a whole lot smarter, than me.
